Richard Hoagland: speaker at The Eclectic Viewpoint on June 19, 1992 in 
Dallas, Texas.

Much of the presentation which concerned the possible monuments on Mars 
is presented in the file "Cydonia2".  There were some points that were 
interesting that may not have been in the Cydonia2 file.

1. If the left half of the Face were flipped over to form a completely 
symmetrical face, the result bears a strong resemblance to the typical 
idea of what a Neanderthal would like.  If the right half of the Face 
were flipped over, the result looks like the face of a member of the cat 
family (mountain lion to me).  Hoagland pointed out that this makes the 
Face a true sphinx, part man and part cat.

2. There is a strong resemblance between the Tholus near the Face and 
the artificial Silbury Hill in Great Briton.

3. The Pioneer(?) Satellite fly-over showed at the north pole of Saturn 
a PERFECTLY formed hexagon which counter rotates against the spin of the 
planet at a speed of about 300 miles per hour. This relatively dark 
hexagon would be consistent with the hyper or extra dimensional model of 
two tetrahedrons inside a rotating sphere, according to Hoagland.

4. Hoagland showed a slide of two tetrahedrons superimposed on one 
another with one of them inverted.  He rhetorically asked if this 
reminded anyone of anything familiar. (the Star of David was not 
mentioned.)

5. Hoagland passed around a petition to demand a photographic study of 
the Cydonia region with results issued live to the public as they are 
received. Otherwise, the data will never be released, he fears, because 
the technology implied by the Cydonia complex is already in the domain 
of "Black Project" military equipment that is currently based in the 
Groom Lake area of Nevada.

The remainder of the 5 hour presentation concerned the 9-15-91 video 
which was broadcast live from the Discovery Space Shuttle which either 
shows ice crystal changing directions and accelerating or shows what 
Hoagland believes to be US military hyper-dimensional vehicles.  This 
STS-48 video seems to show an object change directions and accelerate at 
13,000 g's immediately before being fired at by a "Brilliant Pebbles" 
weapon which would have had to been mounted on a hyper-dimensional 
platform.  Ten to twelve objects are moving around on this video at 
speeds up to 194,000 mph, if Hoagland is correct in his assertion that 
these objects are 1700 miles from the shuttle.  

The shuttle would need to have been rotated at a constant rate to 
perfectly frame these objects.  The shuttle was in the only location 
possible to have the objects appear on the horizon entering and exiting 
the glow layer (?) of the atmosphere.  Any other circumstances would not 
have allowed the calculations of speed, acceleration and distance for 
the objects.

An astronaut radioed to Houston "Heads up, Houston. We're going to have 
(radocom?)", just before the objects began their activities.  Hoagland 
was convincing in that the filming and public broadcast had to have been 
deliberate, perhaps one of the last directives of Admiral R. Truly 
before he was replaced by a new NASA administrator.  Dan Golden (?) has 
been brought in as Truly's replacement; Golden is placing retired Air 
Force Generals at key positions inside NASA which indicates to Hoagland 
that NASA will become tightly regulated, even during civilian flights.
